Update 2/20 Japan is currently working on recoding drivers for your naomi system to combat the windows update.  ##Japan is hoping to be testing the new drivers internally by the end of next week!   

Note: Windows 11 home will not let you disable windows update, it will automatically keep turning them back on.  We are using other methods to make it so the drivers dont overwrite through windows again

Important!!!

You need to download and install the newest version of our Naomi software before following the steps below.  (Above to the left).

Here is the official steps from Japan to get everything up and running

1. Removed the green button please follow the steps below
2. (LOCATED IN THE DEVICE MANAGER (search in your task bar at the bottom of the screen) 

Uninstall the IOS driver (listed under imaging devices )
make sure to check mark the white box on the second pop up after the first time you click uninstall),or Unknown USB device (listed under Universal serial bus controllers) located in your device manager
3. Unplug the cable
4. Run Dpinst 64 (this is in the drivers patch on the button above)
5. Plug in the cable



You will know when the fix is working as under universal serial bus controllers it will say Naomi driver version 8.1  If it doesnt take you'll need to re run the steps until it does.

Thank you everyone for your patience.  The root cause is the Windows Update caused the driver to be recognized incorrectly as a different device.  This is effecting many systems and even patient management software world wild.    Below is a fix provided by the manufacturer.  We understand it will be easier for you to call for support.  We ask you to understand we are currently addressing over 5,000 units with the exact same issue so we encourage you to follow the steps below first to save your self time on waiting for call backs. 

This patch is having issues on a few computers out there and we will attempt to get it fixed right away.  After the fix for the IOS error there appears to be a bug with unrecognized device that we are working on.  Sometimes this can be remedied by unplugging and replugging in the naomi after you right click and uninstall the unkown device.
